The DP-600 is an affordable, easy to use on-hold player. The program can be changed simply by copying the new file into the player through the built-in USB port. No memory card reader or special software driver is required.
The unit also features a built-in speaker for audio verification and troubleshooting purposes.

DP700_128

The DP-700 is identical in operation to the DP-600, with the exception of a USB thumb drive. The thumb drive makes the file transfer process each month a bit easier. With the DP-600 you have to disconnect the unit and bring it to your computer to transfer the new file onto it, then reconnect everything. With the DP-700 you simply bring the USB thumb drive to your computer, transfer the file, and then re-insert the thumb drive to begin playing the new program.

Music-On-Hold Adapter for ALL Phones

If your phone system does not already have “music-on-hold” capability, you’ll need to purchase an Adapter in order to use On-Hold Direct with your phones.

The BA-704 provides On-Hold Direct capability for up to 4 lines and up to 50 telephones. Only one is needed per store, it automatically monitors all your phones. To activate the unit, you simply press the STAR key on the phone, then press the HOLD button and your caller will hear the audio program. To return to the call just re-select that line or pickup the hand set on any phone and press the Star key. Compatible with either corded or cordless phones, and features such as Centrex, center net, caller ID, call waiting, 3 way calling, and answering machines, etc.
